The 2× DR4 Centralised Filter unit is a stand-alone filtration module built in 2021, specifically designed for centralised vacuum conveying systems in plastic processing environments. Featuring two DR4 centralised filters (formerly known as FC2) configured for 60 mm (DN60) piping and mounted on a robust stand-alone frame, the unit ensures high-capacity, continuous filtration. Integrated switching valves and a bypass valve allow the system to alternate between filters during maintenance, minimising downtime and maintaining uninterrupted operation.
