The water temperature control unit from Frigel, Turbogel, was specially designed for high water flows and an accurate temperature control, aiding in the delivery of a constant high pressure and flow to process, resulting in optimal heat transfer. It’s an ideal solution to help you maximise mould performance and cut cycle times.

Turbogel is a high efficiency thermoregulation unit, which is digitally synchronised with the moulding machine, allowing for researching and recording the best setting of flow rate and temperature for each zone, ultimately optimising product quality with minimal cycle cooling time.

Available in 6 models for the dual zone version and 8 models for the single zone version, with a heating capacity from 6 to 48 kW.
