With Summit ASSIST+, you benefit from:

Our emergency assistance service is available to customers with equipment installed by any division of Summit Systems Group. Whether you require urgent support for a material loading system, a process cooling fault, or an automated handling unit, our team is here to help. Support is available during standard working hours for all customers, with 24/7 out-of-hours emergency response available to customers covered by our Summit ASSIST+ package.

How?

For breakdowns and technical support during standard working hours, please call 01827 265 865. If you have purchased our Summit ASSIST+ package, emergency assistance is also available outside of standard working hours. Call 0800 030 2122 to speak directly with our Service Department, who will assign one of our engineers to your case. We aim to respond to emergency enquiries within 4 hours of your initial call.
