Equipment Description

This second-hand Maguire MGF gravimetric feeder, manufactured in 2021, offers a reliable and precise dosing solution ideal for extrusion and molding applications. Equipped with a 3/8” (9.5 mm) auger and stepper motor, it ensures consistent and accurate material feed, with dosing accuracy within ±0.2% of the set point. The integrated AGL Venturi Loader provides cost-effective automatic loading, triggered directly by the MGF controller. The system includes a hopper, load cell, motor, screw, frame, controller bar, full controller with cables, and is ready for plug-and-play operation with newer machines via dry contact injection and 0–10V extrusion signal compatibility.
