This Maguire MGF Gravimetric Feeder is a high-accuracy dosing solution designed for both injection moulding and extrusion applications. Featuring a ½” auger screw with stepper motor control, this unit delivers precise, repeatable material dosing using Maguire’s proven dual load cell technology.

With ±0.2% dosing accuracy, automatic recalibration during production, and PRIME calibration for fast start-up, the MGF ensures consistent let-down ratios and dependable colour accuracy. The feeder supports both dry contact (injection) and 0-10V (extrusion) integration, making it suitable for a wide range of modern processing machines.

Supplied complete with hopper, load cells, motor, screw, frame, controller bar and touchscreen controller with cables, this ex-demo package also includes a Venturi loader system for automatic material loading, activated directly by the MGF controller.
