Equipment Description

This Maguire MGF-8-ST gravimetric feeder is a proven dosing solution for accurate material feed control in injection moulding and extrusion applications. Equipped with a 1″ auger (screw) driven by a stepper motor, the unit supports both dry contact injection signals, typically used on newer machines, and 0–10 V extrusion control inputs.

The feeder is supplied as a complete package, including hopper, load cell, motor, screw, frame, controller bar, controller and cables, and comes fitted with the OPF-GCT touch screen controller. It is also supplied with the OPF-MKTAS2201-MG central mount (MGF feeder tower bin), allowing straightforward installation above the machine or process. Manufactured in 2021, this unit is in good condition and is offered at 8% off RRP with a 6 month warranty.
