The Spiroflux high-performance mechanical flexible hopper loader is engineered for the efficient and automated transfer of bulk materials such as powders, plastic granules, and regrind. Featuring a 3-metre-long auger (spiral) system, it ensures smooth and continuous conveying—even of poorly flowing materials. Powered by a robust 400V three-phase motor, the unit delivers a throughput capacity of 125 kg/h. Designed for durability and minimal material degradation, the system is ideal for integration with processing equipment such as extruders and injection moulding machines. Although the motor casing has a minor cosmetic dent, the unit remains brand-new and unused. This feeder is particularly suited to applications requiring gentle, dust-free, and consistent material transfer under ambient temperature conditions.
