Equipment Description

This used Slow-Speed Beside The Press Granulator is ideal for grinding sprues, runners and small moulded parts directly at the machine, allowing clean regrind to be returned straight back into the process. Designed for quiet, dust-reduced operation, the staggered rotor and slow cutting speed deliver consistent granulate with minimal heat generation. This unit was only used for internal trials and is in very good condition. The material collection bin has been modified to allow a sensor to be fitted, enabling automatic stop/start operation. Supplied with a 5 mm screen and material take-off box with Ø40 mm outlet – ready to go straight into production.
