Equipment Description

This Zerma GSL180/300T slow speed granulator is designed for efficient beside-the-press grinding of sprues, runners and small mouldings in injection moulding and blow moulding environments. Featuring a direct-drive staggered rotor design, the machine delivers strong cutting performance while maintaining low rotor speed to reduce dust generation and noise during operation.

The unit is fitted with a T-type hopper, 5 mm screen, and 4 kW drive motor, making it well suited for consistent size reduction of plastic waste directly at the processing machine. Zerma’s specially profiled rotor knives maintain a constant cutting radius even after re-sharpening, eliminating the need for complex knife adjustment and helping maintain consistent regrind quality.
