What?

Summit Systems provides bespoke training programmes designed to build your team’s confidence, technical knowledge, and hands-on expertise. Each session is tailored to your equipment, processes, and team needs, and can be delivered either on-site at your facility or off-site.

In addition to bespoke sessions, we also run scheduled Training Days at our Tamworth headquarters throughout the year. These mixed-group sessions are led by experienced engineers and combine classroom-based theory with live, practical demonstrations.

Why?

Investing in staff training results in smoother operations, fewer errors, and quicker resolution of faults. A well-trained team can significantly reduce downtime, improve productivity, and extend the life of your equipment. Training also encourages greater ownership of daily system care, helping to maintain high performance across your operation.

How?

On-site training is delivered by our expert engineers using flexible, scalable agendas to suit your team size and skill levels. Sessions focus on real-world scenarios, troubleshooting, and best practices. For scheduled Training Days at our Tamworth demo room, your team will attend a structured session—typically from 9:00am to 3:00pm—with lunch provided. These hands-on sessions offer a chance to interact with equipment directly and gain practical skills that can be applied immediately.

Who and Where?

Training is delivered by Summit Systems’ highly experienced engineers and service professionals, with deep expertise in plastics automationprocess cooling, and material handling. We offer training services across the UK and Ireland, either at your site or at our fully equipped training centre in Tamworth, Staffordshire. Regardless of your location or industry, we tailor training to meet your operational goals.

What Our Customers Are Saying About Their Experience

John was highly informed and delivered a 1st class training session. Anything I wasn’t able to comprehend; he managed to find an alternative approach to answer all questions given to him. Furthermore, as a novice, I was able to walk away feeling more confident in the equipment handling process and take on the minimal troubleshooting issues I was dealing with. Highly recommend Summit Systems.

Summit At Your Service

At Summit Systems, we place a strong emphasis on training as a top priority in supporting our customers. We believe that even the most advanced equipment delivers optimal results only when operators have the right knowledge and skills. Well-trained teams are essential for maximising performance, extending equipment life, and reducing costly downtime.

Our expert-led training sessions are designed to fit around your operational needs, with flexible options to minimise disruption to production. Whether delivered onsite at your facility or at our headquarters, each session combines practical demonstrations with essential theory to ensure your team is confident and capable in using your equipment effectively.

Following each training session, attendees receive clear takeaways, including training materials and, where applicable, certificates of participation. Our goal is to leave your team empowered, informed, and equipped to get the best out of your systems.

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all training. That’s why we take the time to understand your specific equipment, processes, and business goals. Our dedicated Customer Care Manager will work closely with your team to develop a tailored training package that delivers real value and long-term benefits for your operation.
