The Single Phase Hopper Loaders from Plastic Systems are designed to automatically convey plastic granules to processing machines, drying hoppers and dosing units, and are equipped with a build-in extraction unit. Supplied with a microprocessor board controller and programming keyboard which allows the operator to program and control the machine with ease.
An entry level material hopper loader for the vacuum conveying of plastic granules which are generally mounted on the machine and material is fed locally within 15m, with throughputs up to 600kg/hr.
Brushless Hopper Loaders are also available, with throughputs up to 1000kg/hr over distances of up to 25m. The brushless models are equipped with a 1100W/1800W two-stage brushless blower (model dependant).
