The first tier of the MOU program, MAINTAIN, emphasises the value of maintenance and service, particularly within the 5-year warranty period.
Maguire encourages customers to prioritise the upkeep of their installed units, aligning with the company’s commitment to quality and longevity.
MOU provides Maintenance Resources that include Part Libraries, Exploded Views, Calibration/Maintenance Checklists, and Accredited Service.
Maguire’s equipment is really built to last, and with an effective overhaul when required you can easily extend the life of the product for another 10 to 15 years. We will evaluate equipment, assess condition, and repair it as necessary.
Regardless of the condition we can bring the equipment back to “as new” and ensure the system provides many more years of trouble-free service, backed with a 1-year warranty.
Upgrade allows an existing user to upgrade existing equipment as applications evolve and change. This might include switching out controllers to the latest generation touchscreen controls, making controls remote or a second control elsewhere, connecting remote alarms, adding additional materials to a process, or updating hardware for high temperature operating conditions. Whatever the change, we have a broad range of upgrades for all equipment in the range, to allow users to easily optimise existing equipment for changing processes.
Occasionally, there are shifts in applications and needs—such as higher output demands or the necessity to handle greater volumes of materials—which are straightforward examples.
