Vismec Material Receivers
The Material Receivers from VISMEC, are designed for use with centralised feeding systems and are constructed from stainless-steel. Each material receiver has a stainless-steel grid filter to separate material from the air flow, which can be accessed through a hinged lid. Other filters are available depending on the customers' requirements.
All Vismec material receivers are constructed completely from stainless steel with the option of a Pyrex glass insert. Each material receiver has a stainless-steel grid filter to separate the material from the air flow, which can be accessed through a hinged lid with open lock position for easy and quick cleaning.
Pneumatic cleaning of the filter after each cycle is an option. Due to the modular design the vacuum and material inlet can be positioned as needed all around 360°.
The material receivers have a standard 80mm discharge flap with external seal but for difficult flowing materials can be also supplied with a 150mm or a pneumatic butterfly valve. The flap can be easy accessed for cleaning through a side door with quick closure.
